    Private Pay Option

    Many clients choose private pay therapy, even when insurance is available. This option is often preferred by professionals, individuals involved in legal matters, and those seeking discretion.

    Cancellations, No- Shows, and Late arrivals

    Your session time is specifically set aside for you. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel late or do not show up, you will be charged the full session fee. Please note: Insurance does not cover missed appointments or late cancelations. you will be responsible for the full cost. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

    Payment & Reimbursement

    • Insurance claims are submitted according to accepted plans

    • Private pay fees and copays are due at the time of service

    • Receipts can be provided for personal records or possible out-of-network reimbursement

    Fees Per Session

    • Initial Assessment: $250

    • Individual Session: $175

    • Couple Session: $200

    Once you request an appointment you will receive a confirmation email after I accept the appointment.
